| The classes at the Cascina are usually taught in The Conference Room. We sometimes have classes outside on the many beautiful places on the property; we might even meet on an open meadow or perhaps in the shade of some gorgeous old tree. |

Judith Rivera Rosso
Judy's background and experience includes writing, producing and directing
documentary television programs, educational films and videos in North America.
She is continuing to teach both private and corporate English language classes.
She has studied and trained in the Course in Miracles, Science of Mind, Anthony
Robbins Seminars and Corporate Courses, Reiki (Usui & Karuna) as well as
courses in meditation. In 2002, she began studying EFT (Emotional Freedom
Techniques) a highly effective healing method that realigns the body's energy
system, producing amazing benefits. Judy now teaches and practices EFT in Italy
where she has continued her passion for sculpting in both wood and terracotta.
Adriano Rosso
Adriano, a former airline pilot, flight Instructor and aviation manager has an
extensive amount of training and study in life coaching and problem solving,
healing arts such as meditation and Reiki (Usui & Karuna), undertook training at
Anthony Robbins seminars and corporate courses and was a representative of
the same with the Anthony Robbins Research Institute. He has not retired as a
pilot, but simply was interested in changing his life to be more aligned with his
purpose, both physical and spiritual and sharing, by conducting courses, the
training and experience accumulated in 35 years of research, study, practice
and lots of fun.

What will I learn in the Reiki classes?
The ability to learn how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others will
be passed on to you from a teacher, known as a Reiki Master, through a
process called “atttunement”.
Usui Reiki
There are three levels of Usui Reiki training: in the First Level your energy
channels will be opened through Reiki attunements and you will learn to
give hands-on Reiki treatments to yourself and others.
In Second Level training, you will learn special techniques for enhancing
the level of energy that you are transmitting as well as how to flow Reiki
energy to improve life’s circumstances.
The Third Level is known as Master Training. Students who become Usui
Reiki Masters are qualified to teach Reiki to others.
Karuna Reiki®
Karuna Reiki® is an advanced form of Reiki that requires the student to
first have training and experience in Usui Reiki. The word "Karuna" means
"compassionate action" in Sanscrit. Adriano and Judith Rosso are
honored to be the official representatives of Karuna Reiki® in Italy for the
International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) of William Lee Rand in the

Private Reiki Treatments
Prior to your arrival or during your stay, you may schedule private Reiki
treatment sessions. Enjoy the full benefits of Reiki given by trained Reiki
Masters in both Usui and Karuna Reiki®. The cost for a single session is
30 Euros; a package of 4 Reiki sessions is 100 Euros.

Please contact us for dates for both Usui and Karuna Reiki® courses, if
you would like to receive Reiki training during your vacation with us,
courses are taught in English as well as Italian.
For both Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki,® please bring your own notebook,
pens, pencils. Wear loose, comfortable clothing of natural materials (cotton,
linen, wool, etc). You will be asked to remove metal jewelry so it might be
better to leave jewelry at home. Bring some soft house slippers or thick
cotton socks to wear during the classes.
The classes are small and a deposit of 50 Euros for each Reiki student is
required. The deposit is non-refundable but, if you need to cancel, it can be
applied to future Reiki classes. You can pay the deposit by either mailing a
check to our mailing address or deposit directly into our account at any
Italian post office. When depositing into our account, you can either send us
a copy of the receipt or send an e-mail or telephone to let us know that you
have reserved a space.
Upon receipt of your 50 Euros deposit, we will send you detailed directions
on how to easily arrive at Cascina Rosso.

Accommodations:
Reiki classes are usually held on Saturdays and Sundays, although if you
are a guest at the Cascina, special half-day classes can be arranged during
a week-long period, giving you half days to rest and relax, help out on the
farm (our favorite idea!) or see the local sights.
If our apartments are already reserved, there are other guest
accommodations in Roccaverano in nearby Bed & Breakfasts. There are
also additional accommodations in nearby towns that require a short and
scenic ride of ten to twenty minutes, depending on the location.

tongue teacher with more than 19 years of teaching experience in Italy. We
also offer Full Immersion English classes where students are able to
participate in an English-speaking environment of guided conversation. Full
Immersion consists of classes as well as “English only” during meals and

The old hayloft (fienile) has been beautifully restored to
create the Conference Room. It is a spacious, open and
naturally lit space of 60 square meters designed to
accommodate the courses taught at the Cascina which are
described for you in the section, "Courses & Activities".

This facility, as well as the surrounding terraced grounds, is also available for rent
to teachers in meditation, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, biodanza, crystal therapy and other
such spiritual and natural classes and workshops.
Cascina Rosso is also an excellent location for seminars, meetings or corporate
gatherings which are enhanced by the surrounding silence, pure air, twelve
hectares of land and the beauty of the vast panoramas enjoyed through the six
large windows of the Conference Room.
We can help you to coordinate your Corporate Training seminars. Start your day
with a nutritious breakfast, followed by your training class. Then enjoy lunch in a
typical restaurant in a nearby village. The rest of the day is available to continue your
relaxing vacation.
