For your holiday in total relaxation and privacy, you can choose
between two apartments: The Lilac Apartment & The Sky Blue
Apartment.
Each apartment is 50 square meters, has a private entrance,
a bedroom, and a combination kitchenette and sitting room. If you
arrive with additional friends or family members who would like to
share your apartment, there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the
sitting room for one or two additional people to sleep.

The Lilac Apartment
One or two guests: 65 Euros per night for the apartment. If you stay 6
nights or more, the cost per night is 60 Euros. Additional discounts for
stays of 2 weeks or longer. A delicious breakfast is included. Linens,
blankets and towels are all included. The Lilac is on the ground floor.
One or two additional guests: plus 15 Euros per guest, per night
Your breakfast is served on the terrace from where you can admire the
Cascina's breathtaking panorama. If you prefer, we can prepare a picnic
basket for you with your breakfast; this way you can enjoy it in your
preferred place within the property's 30 acres. Or, enjoy breakfast inside
the Cascina.
Please let us know before your arrival if you have any food allergies,
intolerances or preferences and we will do our best to meet your individual
needs.
The Sky Blue Apartment
One or two guests: 70 Euros per night for the apartment. If you stay 6
nights or more, the cost per night is 65 Euros. Additional discounts for

During the cold months, there is an additional charge of 15 euros
per night for either apartment when heat is required all day and
night; if heating is needed only in the evening, the heating charge
is 10 euros.

We have provided everything we can think of to make your stay in
Cascina Rosso’s furnished apartments as comfortable as possible.
Just bring your favorite groceries and personal items.
If you don’t have time to shop, you can send us a shopping list; if
there is enough time before your arrival (at least three days) we can
do the shopping for you. Here is a check-list of most of what you will
find in your apartment. If there is anything else that you might need,
please let us know before your arrival and we will try to provide it for
you.
In addition to all bed linens and towels for the bedroom and bathroom,
the kitchen is supplied with:

_place mats _cutting board
